The Pradella developed Seachange Lifestyle Resorts are master-planned multi-award winning gated lifestyle resorts designed for the Over 50's.

In 2021, Seachange Lifestyle Resorts, consisting of six premium residential manufactured home park communities was sold to the Ingenia Communities (ASX).  Pradella Property Ventures is proud to have been the Developer for these master-planned communities.

Our Vision was to create a new era in Gated Country Club Estates, community living for seniors that would set the standard for everything to come. Our desire to create this vision took us to the USA to study retirement living. It was here we had our first Seachange moment! We discovered that an Active Adult is a Happy and Healthy Adult. We took the principles behind what we saw and built first class country clubs, filled with a calendar of interesting activities and events where like-minded residents can interact as a true community to nourish their mind, body and soul.
