In 2021, Seachange Lifestyle Resorts, consisting of four premium residential manufactured home park communities and two planned communities was sold to the Ingenia Communities (ASX). Pradella Property Ventures is proud to have been the Developer for these master-planned communities.
Our Vision was to create a new era in Gated Country Club Estates and community living for seniors that would set the standard for everything to come.
