Canopy Bardon

Our Award-winning Canopy Bardon estate is a boutique staged development in the heart of Brisbane’s Inner West.  This strata title development consists of 82 apartments in 3 stages and 40 townhomes across 3 stages.  All 6 stages are now sold out and completion of the Estate was achieved in mid 2017.

Nestled in the foothills of Mt Coot-tha National Park, Canopy is surrounded by natural design principles that have inspired the creative process from the outset. As part of our vision Pradella ensured that the buildings and development footprint minimised the impact on the surrounding environment and met the context of the local area by:

• Offering open plan living
• Maximising natural light breezes and ventilation
• Realigning the buildings to connect with the surrounding landscape
• Handing back over 3 acres of land to the national park

Canopy Bardon allows the convenience of the inner-city, without sacrificing liveability.
